This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you about how Yureekah™ Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address at 160 Greentree Drive, Suite 101, Dover, Delaware 19901 and its affiliate Yureekah™ Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Private Limited company with a correspondence address at 2nd Floor D Wing, S. No. 1A Krishna Kewal Nagar, Kondwa, Pune 411048 (collectively, “Operator”, “we”, “our”, “us”), collects and uses your personally identifiable information ("PII") and other information in providing you with any of Operator’s products, software and/or services through any our website located at www.zimblee.com (collectively, the “Website”).

How can the terms of the Privacy Policy be modified?

We reserve the right to change how we handle the information we collect and process through the Website, and to modify the Privacy Policy, at any time and in our sole discretion. You agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically to be aware of any such modifications. We will indicate that changes to the Privacy Policy have been made by updating the date indicated after “Last Updated” at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. How does the Website Work?

You can make general use of the Website without providing any PII to Operator. If you wish to use additional functionality and features of certain of the Website, you will need to register with us. Your registration is subject to the provisions set forth in Yureekah’s Terms of Use Agreement located at www.yureekah.com/Termsofuse.aspx If you do register with us, we will store the PII and other information you provide us in a database that will be accessible by all of the Yureekah-operated websites through which our Website are offered, including without limitation our website located at www.yureekah.com (“Yureekah Search”). This means that when you register with the Website, your registration profile and account will enable you to gain entry as a registrant to those portions of Yureekah Search which require registration, without your having to register again with us directly through Yureekah Search.  And accordingly, when you register with Yureekah Search your registration profile and account will enable you to gain entry as a registrant to those portions of the Website which require registration, without your having to register again with us directly through the Website.

What type of PII does Yureekah collect from you and how do we use it?

If you register with Operator, you must provide certain PII to us, including without limitation your name and email address. We may also ask you for general statistical, non-PII about yourself and your interests. Operator may also provide your PII to our affiliates and/or subsidiaries, as well as to individuals or entities who work on our behalf or with us. These individuals or entities may use your PII to help fulfill your requests in connection with the Website and to help us communicate with you about different resources offered through the Website. For instance, we may transfer information collected at registration, including PII, to service providers and other third parties who assist us in operating the Website.

What other information does Operator collect?

We also collect anonymous and aggregate information from you about your preferences in navigating the Website by using cookies, action tags and other methods. How do we store information?

Operator takes steps consistent with commercially reasonable industry standards to secure PII collected from you from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and destruction while under our control. However, please note that despite our efforts to protect information provided to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost, disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.

Does Operator provide links to other websites?

Operator may provide links to other websites or resources of possible interest to you. The collection and use of your PII and other information by such websites shall be subject to the policies and procedures of such websites and not the Privacy Policy.

What are our policies regarding children?

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to register with Operator to use any of the Website. Operator does not knowingly collect PII from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age.

Do we have a mechanism to address the removal of PII and complaints about the handling of information that we collect?
