How can the terms of the Privacy Policy be modified?
We reserve the right to change how we handle the information we collect and process through the Website, and to modify the Privacy Policy, at any time and in our sole discretion. You agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically to be aware of any such modifications. How does the Website Work?
You can make general use of the Website without providing any PII to Operator. If you wish to use additional functionality and features of certain of the Website, you will need to register with us. Your registration is subject to the provisions set forth in Operator’s Terms of Use Agreement located at www.zimblee.com/termsofuse. If you do register with us, we will store the PII and other information you provide us in a database that will be accessible by all of the Operator-operated websites through which our Website are offered, including without limitation our website located at www.yureekah.com (“Yureekah Search”). This means that when you register with the Website, your registration profile and account will enable you to gain entry as a registrant to those portions of Yureekah Search which require registration, without your having to register again with us directly through Yureekah Search. What type of PII does Operator collect from you and how do we use it?
If you register with Operator, you must provide certain PII to us, including without limitation your name and email address. We may also ask you for general statistical, non-PII about yourself and your interests. Operator may also provide your PII to our affiliates and/or subsidiaries, as well as to individuals or entities who work on our behalf or with us. These individuals or entities may use your PII to help fulfill your requests in connection with the Website and to help us communicate with you about different resources offered through the Website. What other information does Operator collect?
We also collect anonymous and aggregate information from you about your preferences in navigating the Website by using cookies, action tags and other methods. Operator takes steps consistent with commercially reasonable industry standards to secure PII collected from you from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and destruction while under our control. However, please note that despite our efforts to protect information provided to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be lost, disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.

Does Operator provide links to other websites?
Operator may provide links to other websites or resources of possible interest to you.  The collection and use of your PII and other information by such websites shall be subject to the policies and procedures of such websites and not the Privacy Policy.

What are our policies regarding children?
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to register with Operator to use any of the Website. Operator does not knowingly collect PII from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age.

Do we have a mechanism to address the removal of PII and complaints about the handling of information that we collect?
